A high-performance, full-range bookshelf loudspeaker suitable for use in almost any audio or A/V system, the Klipsch RB-35 bookshelf speakers can deliver room-filling sound on their own in a traditional two-speaker stereo music system or anchor a surround-sound setup. The RB-35 is front-ported for maximum installation flexibility, and its back panel has a keyhole for surface wall-mounting. The speaker measures 19 x 9.3 x 10.8 inches (HxWxD).

The RB-35 delivers dynamic sound through an 8-inch woofer and 1-inch titanium-dome tweeter that features a high-energy, video-shielded Neodymium magnet. The tweeter is coupled to a Klipsch square 6-inch Tractrix Horn, which raises the driver’s efficiency and controls its radiation pattern to minimize detail-blurring reflections from walls, floor, and ceiling. The woofer uses an enhanced version of Klipsch’s copper-colored Cerametallic material for its rigid cone. This material dampens the woofer, keeping it from flexing or resonating at frequencies within its operating range. Driving this cone is a large, video-shielded magnet and high-temperature, long-excursion voice coil, for high efficiency and deep, powerful, articulate bass without breakup or distortion.

The speaker features two pairs of binding posts to connect to an amplifier. These posts are strapped together for normal wiring but can be removed so the speaker can be bi-wired. This pair of RB-35s also make excellent surround-back speakers in 6.1- and 7.1-channel systems, or main surrounds for those who prefer direct-radiating speakers in that role.
